The staff are incredibly caring and quick to assist in emergencies, as they arranged immediate medical help for my partner upon our arrival.
Some bathroom fixtures, like the toilet roll holder, appeared rusty and could benefit from an upgrade for a better aesthetic.

The room felt worn down and could use some serious updates!!! The shower glass was dirty, and I had to switch rooms due to water leaks!!! Wi-Fi connection was non-existent in my room, making things pretty inconvenient!!!

The location is impressively central yet surprisingly quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay amidst the hustle of surrounding tourist spots. The pool area never gets crowded, ensuring you can always find a sunbed to kick back and soak up some sun.
While the atmosphere is welcoming, the hotel itself lacks some modern updates. rooms feel dated with some broken features—shower heads that don’t stay up and air conditioning units that go from freezing to hot in a heartbeat. It’s also a letdown that some essential amenities, like fridges, aren’t common in rooms and are only available for rent, which isn’t communicated well at check-in. The bathroom decor needs a serious refresh. rust around fixtures makes for a less-than-pleasant experience. Limited food options can leave you seeking meals elsewhere, though there's a plethora of restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful experience with the comfortable deluxe apartment and the fantastic pool area where we spent our evenings lounging. There was plenty of time to relax by the pool and enjoy the lovely garden area, which was a perfect escape after our adventures. Just a minor note, the towels could've been in better shape, but it didn't take away from our fun stay! ☀️

I stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room, and it was pretty good. The room was spacious and had a lovely little balcony. The beds were comfortable, and everything was super clean. Only downside was the bathroom felt a bit dated and the shower was tiny, especially if you're larger than a size 14. But the air conditioning worked well, which was a plus!
